Every time I say yes to something or someone, I’m saying no to my family or to my “me time.” Even though it may feel uncomfortable to say no, the happiness you will feel is so much better. Saying no makes room for the yeses in our lives. The power of no helps us get what we need to accomplish and not what we want to accomplish.
