When she first began, Kayla had a fairly successful TPT store where she shared lessons with other middle school teachers.

What she realized when she joined the membership was there was an entire business world beyond selling on someone else's storefront. She immersed herself in the lessons and found her true calling. 

Kayla created "Bright in The Middle" to focus on middle school science and turned her love of product creation into a full resource membership for science teachers. It started with 6 members and has grown to over 50 members with only a few live launches, which she learned to do inside the membership. 

She encourages other's who might be thinking of heading down this path to really dive into the content. She says there is so much more inside the membership than she even knew she needed. 

She has gained not only knowledge but the confidence to share her voice loud and proud in the online space. She says that was not something she thought she lacked before listening to the mindset lessons. But she realized she still has some beliefs holding her back. 

Those limiting thoughts no longer take up space in her head, and she is able to focus on what matters most, her family, her members, and her love of learning. 

Kayla not only is on track to covering her teaching income but she talks all about how even more importantly she has gained confidence in knowing her voice is needed in the online space. Sparking her creativity and reigniting her love of teaching were two outcomes she never saw coming when she joined the membership.
