In today’s episode, I'm going to be interviewing one of my favorite Teacher YouTubers, CJ Reynolds, or many of you may know him from YouTube as a Real Rap with Reynolds. And he is currently in the classroom, which is why I love this episode.

When I was first starting my journey, I wanted to hear from other teachers that were working 40 hours a week, they were in the trenches with me and they were still building that side hustle. So that's what you're going to learn all about in today's show.
CJ Reynolds teaches high school literature and the history of hip hop in West Philadelphia. He is the author of Teach Your Class Off: The Real Rap Guide to Teaching. CJ is also the creator of a teacher YouTube channel, Real Rap with Reynolds.
