We are so excited to be bringing you a brand new series to The CEO Teacher® Podcast. So many of you want to hear more from teachers who are still working full time in the classroom and totally crushing it in their teacherpreneur journey as well. Today, we’re chatting with Brianne Beebe from Busy Miss Beebe and she shares such great insight into how to build your teacher business alongside your full time teaching job.
Brianne teaches high school geometry, precalculus, and calculus in New York. Brianne started blogging in 2012 and opened her Teachers Pay Teachers store in 2013, with a passion to serve the often overlooked secondary teacher. But it wasn’t until 2018 that she turned these hobbies into a teacherpreneur business.
As a teacher burnout survivor, Brianne strives to share ideas and resources to prevent burnout for other teachers. Through her website, YouTube channel, and Facebook group, she helps teachers organize their classrooms, time, and instruction.
In this episode, you will learn:
- Brianne’s unique journey with starting her teacherpreneur journey
- How she struggled with teacher burnout
- What she did to come back and find that fire for teaching again
- Her secret tips to organizing both school and her teacher business
- Her experience starting and growing her Youtube channel
