Hey friend! Let’s start with a quote from the Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock, on how to build a successful business: a good story is, “life with the dull parts taken out.” Okay, so MAYBE Alfred Hitchcock wasn’t talking about how to create a sustainable business, but he could have been! One simple way to build a true connection with your customers instead of just trying to sell to them is to use a business storyboard. In previous episodes, we’ve talked about the importance of connection marketing and how we use it daily to make real bonds with our potential customers. So why a business storyboard? Because business storytelling provides a sense of purpose in our lives. It provides substance and texture. It helps us identify who we really are. Most of all, it helps our potential clients identify with us and that, my friend, will lead to more sales and a loyal community.
