Hey CEO Teachers! Believe me when I say there’s so much irony in this podcast title it isn’t even funny. Here I am telling you that managing your time is important and that you’re doing too much as I have a 6-day old taking a nap on my chest. Truth is, I’m just being me though. I love newborn snuggles more than anything in this world but it’s important to me that I still maintain myself. Mr. Asa Ray Morris was born January 11 at 8:08 pm weighing in at a beautiful 8.7 pounds.

Focus on the Things That Matter Most When Managing Your Time

So let’s get to it. What do I mean you’re doing too much? To be honest, we all are. We try as many different things as humanly possible to see if we can get the end results we are wanting, but it often slows us down. Today I am chatting with you all about focusing on the things that matter in your business and will yield the most results.
